Listing:

1. All items must be approved by supervisors before they go live.

2. Seller must be in physical position of an item before listing.

3. Listing must include payment term and method.

4. Listing must include return policy as well as any authentication guarantees.

5. Listing must include shipping method, timing and cost.

6. Seller cannot list an item in the hope they will purchase it or acquire it prior to end of the listing. 

7. Tambr.net Has the right of ending auction at any time prior to any notice even if it has been previously approved.

Bidding:

1. When you place a bid in an auction it’s considered binding – when you win an auction, you’re agreeing to complete the purchase.

2. Shill bidding practices is strictly forbidden, and any violation will result is removal of the user from the site.

3. If payment not made within 7 days of end of the auction, the seller can terminate the transaction and relist the item. Any buyer who have 2 unpaid item will be suspended. 

Description:

1. Describe only the item you’re selling in the listing and the terms of the sale.

2. Provide complete and accurate details.

3. Specify the condition of the item.

4. Describe any defects or flaws in the item.

5. If mentioning any signature or certificate, ensure a scan of the certificate is provided with the item.

6. Include catalog number from one of the major catalogs with your listing (e.g. Farahbakhsh, Persiphila, Scott)

Image:

1. Where ever possible use your own photo/scan of the actual item. If you are using someone else’s image, it should be clearly marked.

2. Provide images of at least 150dpi resolution.

3. Provide images of both side of each item, without any cropping or image manipulation.

4. Use sRGB color space where ever possible. This will ensure the images will have the same color profile on most computers or smart phone.

5. If using a phone camera, ensure there are no shadows on the item.
