These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of goods from Tambr.net (the “Site”), operated by:

(“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on this Site, you (“the Customer”) accept these Terms in full.
1. About Our Products
Tambr.net specializes in the sale of postal history, stamps, and philatelic material, including rare and collectible items from the Qajar and Pahlavi periods.
All items are pre-owned, vintage, or antique collectibles unless otherwise stated. Each listing includes our best-effort description of condition, provenance, and any known certification (for example, certificates issued by IPSC or other recognized philatelic experts). Photographs are provided to represent the actual item for sale; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.
Because these are individual, often one-of-a-kind items, stock is limited and a listed item may occasionally sell before your order is confirmed. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately at checkout based on the destination.
Prices do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be charged by your country upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed as shipped.
3. Payment Methods
Orders are processed manually. Once your order is placed, payment can be arranged via bank transfer to the account below, or via another method presented at checkout (including cash on delivery, where available) or agreed directly with us — please contact us at info@tambr.net if you need to discuss payment options before ordering.

An order is not considered confirmed, and no item is reserved, until payment has been received in full.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to the following zones:
- European Union — flat rate via DHL
- Rest of the world — flat rate via DHL
Estimated delivery times depend on destination, customs processing, and courier availability, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Please note that for certain destinations, applicable international regulations may affect our ability to complete a transaction or delivery. It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm that receiving a shipment from us complies with the import, customs, and other regulations applicable in their own country. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where we reasonably believe fulfilling it would violate applicable law.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Italian consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@tambr.net within the 14-day period. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, adequately protected for shipping. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless the item was not as described. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
This right does not apply to items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing their original certification after delivery.
6. Authenticity
We stand behind the authenticity of every item we describe as certified or authenticated. If an independent, recognized philatelic authority determines that an item sold as genuine is not authentic, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping costs.
This guarantee does not cover differences of professional opinion on grading, condition, or attribution where no claim of forgery is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Information collected during checkout (name, address, email, and payment details) is used solely to process and fulfill your order and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for shipping and payment processing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
